Take a walk around the historic and stunning Lake Hakanoa. Dedicated Huntly locals supported by the Waikato District Council and key funders have transformed this wilderness into Huntly's most sought after attraction.Walking at a steady pace it should take you around 45 minutes to walk around the 3.62 Km that circles the entire Lake Hakanoa. The walkway is split into 13 different zones, each with it's own separate and different identity.Entrance to The Lake Hakanoa Walkway is at the Huntly Domain, at the end of Park Avenue.
